About the role
You'll run day-to-day finance on a system most Nigerian SMEs only dream about: bank-only payments, dual-timestamped records, an append-only ledger and receivables that age in real time. Less chasing paper; more actual finance. What you'll do: • Post and reconcile customer payments daily against bank feeds. • Manage receivables: ageing, follow-ups, credit-status flags with the sales team. • Support month-end close, principal reconciliations and audit preparation. • Maintain clean vendor and expense records on the system. • Uphold the no-cash policy — and enjoy never counting a cash box again.
What we’re looking for
- OND/HND/BSc in Accounting or related; 2+ years hands-on accounts experience
- Strong reconciliation instincts; spreadsheet fluency
- Experience with any ERP/accounting software (we'll teach ours)
- ICAN/ACA progress is a plus, not a gate
