Field sales staff never collect cash — deliveries are paid by transfer to a COJUDE bank account, with entry, approval and reconciliation split across separate roles. Depot counter takings are cash, counted against expected takings at close of day.
Money and stock are recorded on an append-only, hash-chained audit log — the database refuses silent edits, corrections are posted forward, and every entry stays traceable.
Consent is captured and recorded on every public form, and the cockpit carries a data-protection impact assessment register for new processing. Erasure and export requests are handled in code.
