Do the best work of your life — from Enugu.
We’re the distribution company that runs like a tech company: 44 people, six states, our own software, and promotion on clean numbers — not politics. If you want work where effort is visible and rewarded, read on.
Six reasons this is a different kind of FMCG job.
Company device in hand
Your route, orders and pay run on COJUDE OS, not on someone's memory.
GPS-verified fair pay
Verified visits and verified sales mean your numbers speak for you.
Promotion on clean numbers
The dashboard is the politics. Perform and it shows.
Real training
You'll be taught the system, the trade and the discipline; growth paths are written down.
Cash-controlled routes
Field collections are bank transfer only, so a rep on a route never carries the risk cash creates.
A system that has your back
Disputes are settled by records, not by who shouts loudest.
1 state → 6 states · 44 people · 154+ outlets · ₦3B+ moved annually · our own ERP.

“We started COJUDE in 2020 with one warehouse and a conviction: distribution in Nigeria doesn’t fail for lack of demand — it fails for lack of discipline. So we built the discipline into software, and we built the software ourselves, here in Enugu. Today 44 of us move 30 brands across six states, and in five years we have not lost a naira to payment fraud. The next stage needs people who want their work measured and their growth earned. If that’s you, I want to meet you.”
Honest about the hard parts — that’s what makes the rest believable.
Four steps. We keep the clock, on purpose.

Careers, answered.
Do I need a CV?
For field, warehouse and merchandising roles — no. The application form plus screening questions is enough. Office and tech roles: attach one if you have it; a strong form still gets a call.
How fast will I hear back?
Screening call within 5 working days of applying.
What is the career match quiz?
Six questions, two minutes, anonymous. It suggests the COJUDE roles where you'd grow fastest — no application required.
Is pay really tied to verified work?
Yes. Visits, sales and deliveries are system-verified, and performance pay is computed from those records — not from opinions.
Do I get equipment?
Field and merchandising roles are issued a company device. You'll be trained on it in week one.
Will I handle cash?
Not on a route. Field collections are bank transfer only — customers pay to a COJUDE bank account, which protects you. Depot counter roles do take cash, counted against expected takings at close of day.
Can women apply for field roles?
Yes — and we mean it. We are deliberately building women into sales, finance and operations leadership.
Where will I work?
Most roles are based in Enugu; field routes cover the Southeast. Each posting states its location.
