Field Sales Representative (Route Owner)

You own a route: a set of shops and supermarkets that are yours to grow. You'll visit on a plan, sell the brands Nigeria loves, capture orders and payments on a company device, and build the kind of retailer relationships that make territories valuable. Your numbers are visible, verified and rewarded. What you'll do: • Run your route on a weekly journey plan — visits verified on location via the field app. • Sell and take orders across our 30-brand portfolio (Chivita, Hollandia, Cowbell, Onga, Pocari and more). • Capture stock checks, orders and bank-payment confirmations digitally at the shelf. • Grow route coverage — open new outlets and deepen existing ones. • Report market intelligence (pricing, competition, stock-outs) through the app.
- 1–3 years field sales or trade experience (FMCG preferred; hunger considered)
- Comfortable with a smartphone app as your daily work tool
- Resident in or able to work across Enugu; valid means of moving between outlets
- Integrity that survives an audit — our system verifies everything, and our people like it that way
