Customer Service Officer (Teledesk)
Enugu (head office) · ₦80,000 – ₦120,000 / month
About the role
You're the voice of COJUDE on WhatsApp and phone: retailer orders, delivery questions, statement requests, new-stockist enquiries. Everything you handle is logged in one system, so you can actually resolve things — not just apologise for them. What you'll do: • Handle inbound WhatsApp and calls from retailers, corporates and applicants. • Convert enquiries: new stockist sign-ups, corporate quote requests, order support. • Log every interaction; escalate with full context through the system. • Follow up open tickets until closed — the dashboard keeps us both honest. • Feed recurring issues to operations weekly.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent spoken/written English; Igbo a strong plus
- Experience in customer service, sales support or front desk
- Types fast, writes clearly, stays warm under pressure
- Comfortable working target-tracked on a system
